Gibson Konsult AB: Christopher Gibson och Jill Gibson, started the company in 1998 when we moved to Gothenburg from London.
Gibson Konsult AB offers; a bilingual service in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, for adults, consolations for children, and adolescents, supervision for those working in the helping professions, in addition we offer Continuing Professional Development in the form of monthly seminars, supervision of thesis and help to write an article.
We have contracts with Göteborgs Stad, Kriminalvården, Region Halland, Västragötalandsregionen.
Christopher Gibson has his background in the education of emotionally troubled children and adolescents in various schools, in the councelling services at Kings College London University, Brent Adolescent Centre and The Anna Freud Clinic. He has worked as a therapist since 1978 and as a psychoanalyst since 1991.
Jill Gibson qualified in psychology at Brunel University, London 1983. She qualified as a psychoanalyst in 1991.
Jill is a Psychologist, a Member of the Swedish Psychoanalytical Society, A Fellow of The Institute of Psychoanalysis London, and Leg. Psykoterapeut. She has clinical experience of working in mental health at MIND, in London as well as at The Tavistock Clinic, in addition to her private practice. In Sweden Jill also works as a supervisor in a variety of settings; child guidance, adolescent centres, probation services, drug dependency clinics, hospital and GP clinics.
Jill holds tutorials for people writing a theses for University courses, and people who are seeking to write an article for a publication.
He trained at The Institute of Psychoanalysis London, he is a Member and Training and Supervising Analyst of the Swedish Psychoanalytical Society and Leg. Psykoterapeut.
Christopher is qualified to work with adults, children and adolescents. He is a supervisor in a variety of settings; child guidance, adolescent centres, probation services, drug dependency clinics, hospital and GP clinics,)
He holds monthly seminars for professionals on psychoanalytical topics.
